INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

I would recommend to wait for 5 mins after rebooting when you have flashed 'Revolution_ICS_HD_p2_by_DJ.zip'. Just let the rom settle down! or Don't complain for the initial lags you would experience if you start using your phone immediately after booting into P2.
